i think it could represent people trying to get inside your mind. one of the guys looks a bit like a reporter with a camera or a tourist. the chick with the ladder can't quite reach the top of the head, which could indicate that some people are just blind of peoples thoughts and no matter how hard they try, they don't have the ability to see.
